Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to promote and sell loan products. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets through effective marketing and field activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for loan products (personal loans, business loans, home loans, etc.)
  • Promote loan offerings through field marketing, digital channels, and local networking
  • Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and market visits
  • Meet potential customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable loan products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and channel associates
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and disbursement
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and financial products


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing (preferably in financial services or loans)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good negotiation and convincing ability
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
  • Basic understanding of loan products and financial services
  • Ability to work in the field and meet clients


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in NBFC, banking, or fintech sector
  • Existing network of clients or agents is a plus


Work Environment:

  • Field-based role with travel required
  • Flexible working hours based on client meetings


Compensation:

  • Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
  • Travel allowance (if applicable)
