Job Description

Responsibilities:-

  1. Add new AV partners/System integrators.
  2. Demonstrate Products and Solutions to Customers and Partners.
  3. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for Demo, POC and Closures.
  4. Customer outreach for renewals and repeat opportunities.
  5. Execute the sales plan by selling hardware, software, and AMCs to customers to realise personal sales targets.
  6. Increase awareness in the AV Channel.
  7. Lead generation and prospecting.
  8. Provide quotations in line with applicable pricing and other related commercial terms.
  9. Travel and regularly meet customers, system integrators, attend trade shows, corporate meetings, etc.
  10. Interface and provide regular sales forecasts and reports, and feedback on marketing and products/services to sales management.

 

Qualifications:-

  1. College/University degree.
  2. Minimum 1 -3 years of field sales experience in Audio-Visual products.
  3. Able to communicate effectively with customers, distributors, partners, and consultants.
  4. Proven demonstration skills with technical products.
  5. Self-motivated with a proven track record of generating successful sales.
  6. Demonstrates good sales hygiene.
  7. Ability to take on a multitude of tasks, assignments, and responsibilities.
  8. Goal-oriented, with a desire for overachievement.
  9. Passion to work in a startup environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications:-

  1. Experience working with an AV Partner/Distributor/OEM.
  2. Experience with Sales/Technical capacity with Video Conferencing Products.
  3. Possesses a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning
