Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to engage with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and elite clients. The role involves presenting and pitching our premium project proposals, building long-term relationships, and driving high-value sales closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and develop relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), corporate leaders, and elite clients.
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and project briefings.
- Understand client investment objectives and customize proposals accordingly.
- Present and pitch premium project offerings with a consultative sales approach.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Maintain strong follow-up and relationship management to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, operations) for smooth onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain a database of prospects, client interactions, and deal status in CRM.
- Participate in networking events, business forums, and elite social gatherings to generate quality leads.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior and affluent clients.
- Professional appearance and high level of business etiquette.
- Relationship-driven, persuasive, and target-oriented mindset.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when dealing with elite clients.
- Ability to understand financial/investment concepts and explain value propositions clearly.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 1-6 years of experience in HNI sales, wealth management, real estate, luxury products, or financial services.
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals.
- Experience in direct client meetings and relationship management is mandatory.
