Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to engage with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and elite clients. The role involves presenting and pitching our premium project proposals, building long-term relationships, and driving high-value sales closures.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify, approach, and develop relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), corporate leaders, and elite clients.
  • Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and project briefings.
  • Understand client investment objectives and customize proposals accordingly.
  • Present and pitch premium project offerings with a consultative sales approach.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Maintain strong follow-up and relationship management to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, operations) for smooth onboarding and documentation.
  • Maintain a database of prospects, client interactions, and deal status in CRM.
  • Participate in networking events, business forums, and elite social gatherings to generate quality leads.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior and affluent clients.
  • Professional appearance and high level of business etiquette.
  • Relationship-driven, persuasive, and target-oriented mindset.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when dealing with elite clients.
  • Ability to understand financial/investment concepts and explain value propositions clearly.



Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1-6 years of experience in HNI sales, wealth management, real estate, luxury products, or financial services.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Experience in direct client meetings and relationship management is mandatory.
