Job Description
Job Title: Lead Generation Analyst (Business Development)
Location: Bangalore (On-site)
Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month
Reporting To: Manager

Purpose of the Role
The Lead Generation Analyst will be responsible for outbound lead generation and identifying potential prospects aligned with client requirements. The role involves cold calling, research, email & personnel outreach, and appointment setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling to generate leads and identify prospects
- Perform web research and email outreach to build a strong pipeline
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Handle follow-ups and maintain communication with prospects
- Generate sales-qualified leads and assign them to clients
- Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets
- Demonstrate a proactive, results-driven, and “hunter” sales mindset
Required Experience & Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in any sales
- Experience in B2B enterprise sales
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Comfortable with cold calling and cold approaching by visiting clients
- Familiarity with social networking tools like LinkedIn
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / MBA preferred

- Basic technical understanding with strong sales acumen
Required Experience & Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in any sales is good to go
