Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in the travel industry to drive corporate and retail sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting our travel services to a diverse clientele.

• Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategies to drive corporate and retail travel sales.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and retail customers.
• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor travel solutions that meet client needs.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competition, and travel products.
• Represent the company at trade shows, events, and client meetings.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
• Requirements:Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in the travel industry, specifically in corporate and/or retail sales.
• Languages: Fluency in English and Kannada (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
