Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to handle company-provided leads, generate new prospects, arrange and manage customer farm site visits, and close sales deals. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills with a focus on achieving revenue targets.


 Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up on company-provided leads and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Generate additional leads through cold calling, referrals, and field activities
  • Schedule, coordinate, and accompany customers for farm site visits
  • Explain project details, pricing, and benefits to customers during visits
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers to increase trust and conversion
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to meet monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate customer data and follow-ups in CRM or internal systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking processes
  • Track customer feedback and address concerns promptly
  • Submit daily and weekly sales activity reports to management
