Job Description
The Sales Executive will drive Padcare’s growth across housing societies in Bengaluru. You’ll lead on-ground outreach, build strong relationships with RWAs and facility teams, and convert communities into long-term partners. Working closely with sales and operations, you’ll ensure smooth onboarding, consistent service, and a great customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fieldwork, community engagement, and making a real sustainability impact.
- Drive growth of Padcare’s Housing Society (HS) vertical across assigned regions.
- Generate leads via inside sales, cold outreach, community engagement, and on-ground campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with RWAs, facility managers, MCs, and apartment forums.
- Execute outdoor campaigns, awareness drives, resident sessions, and community events to boost visibility and conversions.
- Map housing societies, identify high-potential clusters, and execute territory expansion plans.
- Travel within and across cities for meetings, campaigns, and market development.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of societies—bin deployment, awareness, coordination with operations.
- Own sales documentation—lead tracker, MIS, monthly reports, funnel metrics.
- Track revenue realization, renewals, and retention of housing society clients.
- Share market insights, monitor competition, and suggest growth strategies.
- Contribute to SOPs, sales playbooks, and process improvements.
- Work with a startup mindset—proactive, solution-oriented, and high ownership.
RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Environmental Science, Business, Sales, etc.).
- 2–3 years of experience in waste management, facility management, sustainability, in the space of housing/apartment/RWA engagement.
- Smart, exceptional Freshers welcome.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, quick learner with a hustler mindset.
- Comfortable with extensive intra- and inter-city travel.
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; basic CRM knowledge preferred.

Work Mode: Full time; Bengaluru based; Extensive Field travel required.
