Business Development Executive (BDE)

📌 Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive growth in the fitness equipment manufacturing segment. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and generating B2B sales across commercial markets such as gyms, hotels, corporates, real estate developers, and institutions.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in B2B segments including gyms, hotels, corporates, real estate developers, institutions, and government organizations.

• Generate leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through strategic business development activities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and institutional clients.

• Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and commercial discussions.

• Manage pricing negotiations and finalize contracts with clients.

• Participate in tenders and institutional/government bidding processes.

• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, delivery, and collections.

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• 0–3 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales, preferably in the manufacturing sector.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Target-driven mindset with a proactive sales approach.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and market development.

• Experience in fitness equipment / sports goods industry.

• Exposure to institutional sales or tender participation.

• Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting.

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
