Job Description

A Business Development Executive (BDE) drives company growth by identifying new sales leads, nurturing client relationships, and implementing strategies to increase revenue. They primarily focus on acquiring new customers through outreach, market research, and negotiation. This role is vital for market expansion, often involving B2B (business-to-business) interaction. 

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively seeking new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Guiding prospects through the sales funnel, from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Analyzing market trends and competitor data to refine sales approaches.
  • Collaboration: Working with marketing and product teams to align strategies and improve product positioning.
