Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to grow our event rental business. The role involves generating new business, building relationships with event planners, corporates, wedding planners, and ensuring consistent revenue growth for our rental products such as sofas, furniture, and other event items.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the event management and rental segment

Approach event planners, wedding planners, corporates, hotels, banquet halls, and decorators

Promote and sell event rental items including sofas, furniture, stage setups, and décor items

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients

Conduct client meetings, understand event requirements, and suggest suitable rental solutions

Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals

Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of events

Track market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain client database and follow up for repeat business
