Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced business development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and closing deals. The role involves consultative selling, understanding customer requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and networking
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions and services
  • Schedule and attend client meetings (virtual and in-person)
  • Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and negotiations
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide sales reports
  • Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
  • Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales (IT services, hardware/software, or consulting preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
  • Basic understanding of IT products, services, or solutions
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus
  • EducationGraduate / MBA (Marketing or Sales preferred)
