Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven BDE / to join our real estate team in Bengaluru. The role involves calling prospective customers, explaining real estate projects, generating leads, and scheduling site visits.
- Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads
- Explain real estate projects, pricing, location benefits, and offers
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads
- Schedule site visits and follow up with interested clients
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead closure
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead targets
