Job DescriptionBrick Brahma, a fast-growing home construction company in Bangalore, is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development

Associate to drive lead generation, client relationship management, and conversion. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, real estate, or construction-related business development and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.

You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, explaining our construction services, building trust, and ensuring a smooth sales journey until project onboarding.


Key Roles &

Responsibilities1. Lead Management & Conversion·        Follow up with incoming leads from Meta ads, WhatsApp automation, website, and walk-ins.

·        Understand customer requirements related to home construction, budget, site location, and timeline.

·        Schedule consultations with the technical/engineering team.

·        Convert qualified leads into site visits and client meetings.

·        Track leads and update status regularly in CRM.

2. Client Relationship & Communication·        Build strong rapport with prospective clients and provide timely updates.

·        Explain Brick Brahma’s construction packages, materials, process, and offers.

·        Address customer queries professionally and build confidence in the brand.

·        Coordinate between client, design team, and management.

3. Market Research & Business Growth·        Identify potential business opportunities and new market segments in Bangalore.

·        Gather competitor insights and customer feedback.

·        Suggest improvements in sales pitches, packages, and marketing campaigns.

4. On-Field Activity·        Conduct site visits to understand project potential and assess client needs.

·        Represent Brick Brahma in local events, exhibitions, promotions, and partner meetings.

·        Coordinate BOQs, site inspections, and initial project documentation with the engineering team.

5. Reporting & Documentation·        Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales progress.

·        Create weekly and monthly performance reports.

·        Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion.


Required Skills &

Qualifications·        1–2 years of experience in sales/business development (construction/real estate preferred).

·        Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·        Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.

·        Basic understanding of home construction, materials, or BOQ (preferred but not mandatory).

·        Ability to work in a target-based environment.

·        Knowledge of Bangalore geography is a plus.

·        Proficiency in CRM tools, WhatsApp business, and digital communication.
