About the Role: We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in direct field sales and a deep understanding of the B2B landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and onboard new business accounts.
• Manage a consistent sales pipeline and meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with HR heads and Business Owners to pitch Apna’s hiring products.
• Analyze client needs to provide the most effective recruitment solutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Direct/Field Sales.
• Preferred Industry Experience: Candidates coming from Naukri, Monster/Foundit, LinkedIn, or similar recruitment/SaaS platforms will be highly preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and local languages.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
