Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients through telecalling, and converting inquiries into appointments and bookings. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to build client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on existing leads.

• Explain company services and interior design solutions to customers.

• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales/design team.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to convert them into customers.

• Update lead details and call status in CRM or tracking sheets.

• Understand client requirements and share relevant information with the team.

• Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

• Coordinate with the design and sales team for smooth client handling.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable with telecalling and client interaction.

• Basic knowledge of sales and lead generation.

• Ability to handle objections and negotiate.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM tools).

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and local language preferred.

Qualification:

• Any Graduate / Diploma.

• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or business development (Freshers can apply).
