Job Description
.About the Role:We are looking for a hard-working, self-motivated, and target-oriented individual who can drive sales through cold calling and inside sales activities. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Key Responsibilities:Conduct cold calls to potential customers and generate new leads.
- Explain company products/services and convert prospects into clients.
- Maintain a strong follow-up pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers for long-term engagement.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality.
- Keep records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Skills & Requirements:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English).
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Highly dedicated, hardworking, and goal-driven.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle rejections professionally.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
