1. Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including investors, land buyers, and developers.
3. Site Visits Coordination: Organize and conduct site visits for prospective clients, offering in-depth knowledge about the plots and surrounding areas.
4. Sales Reporting: Prepare sales reports and provide feedback on client needs, challenges, and industry trends to management.
5. Documentation: Assist clients with legal documentation, payment schedules, and ensure a seamless post-sales process.
6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, legal, and development teams to ensure smooth coordination for client needs.
7. Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with clients to maintain engagement and offer additional services or investment opportunities.
