Job Description: Business Development Executive

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in field sales is a must

Qualification: 12/Pu/ graduated



About the role: As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of their billing & accounting app by acquiring new customers and expanding their market reach. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and referrals.
  • Value Proposition & Product Demonstrations: Build strong relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and effectively do product demonstrations & communicate the value proposition of their billing & accounting app.
  • Customer Acquisition: Actively engage with potential clients through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and other outreach methods.
  • Sales Excellence: Achieve and exceed sales targets while adhering to quality standards, ensuring ethical and transparent sales practices.
  • CRM: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Daily Reporting & Communication: Submit daily activity reports, including progress on leads, appointments, and sales achieved


Requirements:


  • Education: Completed or pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline
  • Communication Skills: English & any regional language
  • Industry: SaaS, Fintech, BFSI, Online Marketplaces, Telecom, Edtech, FMCG, Infrastructure & Pharma
  • Technology Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software, Email, Excel or Google Sheets
  • Transportation: Possession of a valid driving license and an own Two/Four Wheeler.
