Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have an ability to help the organisation to grow by identifying and developing business opportunities. We also look for individuals with integrity, a hunger for learning, an action-bias, ownership, and humility. Prior experience of sales and proficiency in English is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research and Strategy Development: Conducting thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand current market trends. Developing and implementing growth strategies in line with the company’s objectives.
• Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Actively seeking out new business opportunities through cold calling, bulk mailing, and social media. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and potential clients.
• Sales and Negotiation: Pitching services to potential clients. Negotiating and closing business deals.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborating with other departments to ensure the company's growth objectives are met.
• Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitoring performance against targets and reporting to senior management.

• Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Experience & Education:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or a similar role.
