Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our team as Business Development Executives (BDE). This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to start their career in the real estate industry and are willing to learn sales and customer handling.

• Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through calls, site visits, and online inquiries
• Explain real estate projects, pricing, and offers to customers
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain lead records
• Coordinate with sales and site teams for client visits
• Assist in closing deals under guidance of senior sales staff
• Maintain daily sales and lead follow-up reports
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Freshers only (no prior experience required)
• Graduation in any discipline (preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn sales and real estate concepts
• Basic computer knowledge
• Target-oriented and positive attitude
• Preferred Candidate: Interest in real estate sales and marketing
• Ready to work in field + office environment
• Salary: Fixed salary + incentives (as applicable)
