Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and digital outreach.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new segments, competitors, and client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations team to align sales activities.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-ups for client conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions using CRM tools.
- Represent the company at events, seminars, and networking activities if required.
- Required Skills2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (preferred: EdTech, SaaS, Digital Marketing, Healthcare, or B2B sector).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of sales strategies, funnels, and customer lifecycle.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle target-driven environments.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office tools.
- EducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.
