About the RoleAs a Sales Executive at our Nagarbhavi Experience Centre, you will be the face of KAFF, India’s most trusted brand for premium kitchen solutions. Your goal is to provide a world-class shopping experience, helping homeowners, architects, and interior designers select the perfect appliances—ranging from high-end chimneys and hobs to built-in ovens and dishwashers.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement: Greet and guide walk-in customers through the experience centre, identifying their kitchen needs and offering tailored product solutions.
  • Product Demonstration: Conduct live demonstrations of advanced features like Gesture Control, Filter-less Dry Heat Auto Clean technology, and BLDC motor efficiency.
  • Sales Conversion: Handle the end-to-end sales process—from initial inquiry and product selection to price negotiation and closing the deal.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with local architects, interior designers, and modular kitchen dealers in the Nagarbhavi and Chandra Layout areas to drive referral business.
  • Reporting & CRM: Maintain accurate records of daily walk-ins, follow-ups, and sales conversions using CRM tools.
  • After-Sales Coordination: Coordinate with the installation and service teams to ensure a seamless post-purchase experience for the customer.
  • RequirementsExperience: 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in Kitchen Appliances, Consumer Electronics, or Home Interiors.
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (Business or Marketing preferred).
  • Skills: * Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent communication in Kannada and English (fluency in Hindi is a plus).
  • Basic understanding of modular kitchen layouts and technical specifications of appliances.
  • Traits: Presentable, customer-centric, and a self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment.
