Job Description

 Lead Conversion: Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and effectively convert leads into successful sales.


 Follow-ups: Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to ensure a high conversion rate.


 Customer Communication: Effectively communicate in English and Hindi to build

relationships and persuade potential clients.


 Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets.


 Product Knowledge: Gain an in-depth understanding of our services and con idently explain them to potential clients.


 CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.


 Customer Handling: Address customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally to close deals.
