Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual for the Tech Support Sales role with a focus on International Sales. The candidate must have prior experience in sales within the US, Australia, or European markets. This position will require you to provide tech support while identifying and promoting sales opportunities in these regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Leverage international sales experience to engage with customers in the US, Australia, or European markets.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate tech solutions.
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively and promptly.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to meet customer expectations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in international sales, preferably in the US, Australia, or European markets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical knowledge or background in troubleshooting.
• Ability to work in a night shift to cater to international clients.
• Previous experience in tech support or sales is preferred.
