CTC: 21,500/- for fresher

CTC: Up to 23,000/- for experienced

Quarterly Bonus: 4,215/-

Roles and responsibilities:

* Handling Walk in Customers, investor queries & coordinating with R&T for resolution. 

* An SBI Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) builds customer loyalty by managing client needs, resolving issues, cross-selling banking products (loans, cards, investments), and ensuring satisfaction, often handling HNI/Affluent portfolios or 

* Customer Engagement: Act as the primary contact for assigned customers, addressing queries, concerns, and providing solutions.

* Relationship Building: Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients, focusing on high-value customers (Affluent/HNI).

* Sales & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities and sell banking products like loans, credit cards, insurance, investments (SIPs, PMS) to meet targets.

* Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills (English, regional language).

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and negotiate.

Sales Acumen: Knowledge of sales techniques, CRM systems, and achieving targets.

Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve complex issues efficiently.

Compliance: Adherence to banking regulations (AMFI, IRDA, NISM) and internal policies.
