Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and digital outreach.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new segments, competitors, and client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations team to align sales activities.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-ups for client conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions using CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at events, seminars, and networking activities if required.
  • Required Skills2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (preferred: EdTech, SaaS, Digital Marketing, Healthcare, or B2B sector).

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Good understanding of sales strategies, funnels, and customer lifecycle.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle target-driven environments.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office tools.

  • Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.
