Job Summary

BricksToHome is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales growth by generating leads, building strong client relationships, and supporting the sales team in closing property deals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, referrals, and networking
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects
  • Schedule and coordinate property site visits with potential clients
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and developers
  • Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Freshers with a strong interest in sales and real estate can apply
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
