Job Summary
BricksToHome is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales growth by generating leads, building strong client relationships, and supporting the sales team in closing property deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, referrals, and networking
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits with potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and developers
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in CRM
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in sales or business development
- Freshers with a strong interest in sales and real estate can apply
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
