Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Description:We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) who will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and ongoing client servicing. The role involves identifying potential clients, converting leads into business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Business Development

• Identify and generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and other channels
• Understand client requirements and pitch relevant products/services
• Schedule meetings and follow-ups with prospective clients
• Convert qualified leads into active clients

Client Servicing & Relationship Management

• Act as a single point of contact for assigned clients
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
• Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations professionally
• Build long-term relationships to ensure repeat business

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain lead and client data in CRM or tracking sheets
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, conversions, and client status
• Support management with market insights and client feedback
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Excellent communication skills (English and local language)
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of sales, lead generation, and client handling
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication
