Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, references, field visits, and digital leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.
• Source leads from market, connectors, and channel partners.
• Conduct customer profiling and eligibility checks.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and partner banks/NBFCs for loan processing.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and track lead status.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Provide end-to-end customer support until loan disbursement.
• Follow up on pending documents and approvals.
• Stay updated on loan products, interest rates, and market competition.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies.
• Participate in marketing campaigns and business promotion activities.
• Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ year experience in Sales / Telesales / BFSI / Loan Sales preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Language preference: English + Kannada / Hindi.
• Ability to work under target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of loan products and financial services is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools preferred.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
