Job Description

The Business Development Executive will drive strategic growth for Health Bloom through B2B corporate partnerships, doctor associations, institutional tie-ups, and community health initiatives. This role is field-intensive and focuses on building long-term referral networks, organizing medical camps, and expanding Health Bloom’s presence as a wellness-led healthcare brand.


Key Responsibilities

B2B Corporate Tie-ups

  • Identify, approach, and onboard corporate organizations for employee wellness programs, annual health check-ups, diagnostics, and preventive care services.
  • Develop customized wellness proposals and close B2B service agreements.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with HR teams and corporate decision-makers.

Doctor & Healthcare Partnerships

  • Build and manage relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers.
  • Coordinate with doctor associations and medical networks for referrals and joint programs.
  • Promote Health Bloom’s integrated wellness offerings (consultations, diagnostics, nutrition, physiotherapy, preventive care).

Medical Camps & Community Outreach

  • Plan and execute health camps, screening programs, and awareness initiatives in corporates, residential communities, associations, and institutions.
  • Coordinate logistics, manpower, branding materials, and on-ground execution.
  • Ensure post-camp lead follow-up and conversion tracking.
  • Marketing & Brand RepresentationRepresent Health Bloom at corporate events, medical meets, wellness fairs, and community forums.
  • Support field marketing activities such as brochures, standees, presentations, and campaign execution.
  • Communicate Health Bloom’s value proposition clearly and professionally.

Lead Generation & Reporting

  • Generate and track B2B and referral leads.
  • Maintain daily activity reports, partnership status, and conversion data.
  • Share market feedback, competitor insights, and growth opportunities with management.

CRM & Lead Management

  • Ensure all leads from B2B outreach, camps, doctor referrals, and corporate tie-ups are accurately captured in the CRM.
  • Update lead status, interaction notes, follow-up dates, and conversion outcomes on a daily basis.
  • Track referral sources (corporate, doctor, camp, digital) to support performance and ROI analysis.
  • Ensure timely escalation of high-potential or priority leads to the management team.

Coordination with Digital Marketing Team

  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to align on ongoing campaigns, promotions, and wellness programs.
  • Share on-ground insights, customer feedback, and campaign performance data to improve digital targeting and messaging.
  • Support execution of digital leads follow-up, especially for location-based, corporate, or camp-driven campaigns.
  • Coordinate for creatives, landing pages, and campaign-specific materials required for B2B or camp activities.

Follow-ups & Conversions

  • Conduct structured lead follow-ups (calls, meetings, WhatsApp, emails) to ensure higher conversion from camps, referrals, and digital campaigns.
  • Schedule consultations, diagnostics, wellness assessments, and corporate meetings based on lead requirements.
  • Ensure closure of inquiries within defined timelines and maintain service-level follow-up standards.
  • Work with operations and front-desk teams to ensure smooth onboarding and patient/corporate experience post-conversion.
