Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive with a strong focus on sales promotion and market activation. The role involves driving brand visibility, supporting dealers, engaging influencers, and executing on-ground promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute sales promotion activities at dealer counters and in the market
• Support dealers with branding and promotions
• Conduct and coordinate plumber meets / influencer engagement programs

Key Requirements:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Kannada language – compulsory
• Willingness for extensive field travel
• Strong ability to engage dealers, plumbers, and influencers

Experience:

Minimum 3–5 years experience in sales promotion / field marketing / BTL activities
