Business Development Executive – Real Estate (B2B)


We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team.

This role focuses on building strong relationships with builders and developers and introducing them to our end-to-end real estate services.

The BDE will play a key part in acquiring new clients, especially for our mandate-based sales and marketing model, and will help convert project opportunities into long-term partnerships.

 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Builder Onboarding & Partnerships: Identify, approach, and onboard real estate developers for sales mandates and strategic marketing collaborations.
  • Mandate Sales Pitching: Clearly present our mandate model to builders, articulating value propositions, scope of services, and commercial structures.
  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for builder clients; build long-term, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers (Founders, Directors, Sales Heads).
  • Client Retention & Upsell: Ensure client satisfaction with deliverables and proactively pitch cross-functional services like digital marketing, CRM tools, and lead management solutions.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and upcoming real estate projects to identify new business opportunities.
  • Internal Coordination: Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and execution teams to ensure service quality and delivery timelines.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Total Experience: 1- 2 years

  • Communication & Presentation Skills
  • Ready to Travel
