Job Description

Business Development Executive - Digital Tripoly Studio (Digital Service Agency)


We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with a strong background in B2B lead generation and pipeline development. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging prospective clients, as well as scheduling meetings with senior decision makers. You will play a critical role in develop and implement strategic plans to expand our client base and market reach by maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and consistently achieving defined performance targets.


As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will be at the forefront of our growth, engaging with potential clients and showcasing our innovative services of Digital Tripoly Studio.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Generate Leads: High-quality B2B leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to identify potential clients interested in our services.
  2. Area: Website Development, Software Development, Mobile Apps Development, SaaS product, Digital Marketing, SEO , Branding etc...
  3. Engage Customers: Build relationships by understanding client needs, prospect, qualify and nurture leads to build and manage a strong sale by explaining our solutions to the clients.
  4. Follow Sales Scripts: Build client relationships by identifying pain points, conduct timely follow-ups, fast trust by listening hard, pitching smart and turn conversations into leads confidently.
  5. Collectorate with Team: Schedule meetings, share insights, strategies, and product demos with colleagues and clients.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  1. Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and business development.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
  3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  4. Hands-on experience with CRM and sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms (preferred).
  5. Mandatory experience working with IT Services.
  6. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales target.
