Job Title: Sales Officer

Position Overview: 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Sales Person to join our team in the Travel & Tourism industry. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 2 years of experience in hotel sales or the tourism industry, with a passion for client relationships, sales growth, and the hospitality sector. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and driving hotel bookings and sales to meet company targets.

 

Key Responsibilities  

●     Manage the onboarding process from start to end ensure smooth communication and coordination with hotel team.

●     Pitch OTA benefits visibility bookings technology support and competitive commission models.

●     Conduct regular market visit to acquire new listings and ensure property quality.

●     Achieve monthly sales for cab and hotel onboarding targets as set by the management.

●     Report daily progress leads and performance metrics to the sales manager.

●     Identify and onboard new hotels, homestays, and cab partners to the OTA platform.

●     Developing and implementing overall sales and distribution strategies to meet company revenue goals.

●     Share insights with management for better market positioning.

 

Required Qualifications:

●     MBA in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field. (Preferred)

●     6 months to 2 year Experience in sales, preferably in the hotel or travel & tourism industry.

 

Preferred Skills:

●     Excellent Communication and negotiation skills.

●     Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and hotel booking systems.

●     Knowledge of the hotel industry, including hotel services, packages, and booking processes.

●     Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
