Job Description

Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate new business for our uPVC and Aluminium Windows & Doors division. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end sales, from lead generation to deal closure, with a strong focus on cold calling, site visits, and relationship building with architects, builders, and developers.

  • Key Responsibilities:Generate new enquiries through cold calling, site visits to under-construction buildings, and field marketing activities
  • Identify and meet architects, builders, developers, contractors, and individual customers to create new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architectural firms, real estate developers, and construction companies
  • Conduct product presentations and explain technical specifications of uPVC and aluminium windows & doors
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, requirement analysis, quotation, negotiation, order closure, and coordination with internal teams
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as an individual contributor
  • Maintain proper records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities
  • Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
  • Candidate Requirements:1–5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in uPVC / aluminium windows & doors, building materials, or construction industry
  • Proven experience in field sales and cold calling
  • Strong network with architects, builders, and developers is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
  • Willingness to travel locally within Bengaluru
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
  • Preferred Qualifications:Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales within construction or real estate sector
