Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Immigration Sales

Location: Bangalore

Age:- 21 yrs to 28 Yrs


Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Immigration Sales team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, counselling clients about immigration programs (Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.), and closing sales. You will play a key role in growing our client base and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through walk-ins, cold calls, references, digital channels, and events.
  • Conduct face-to-face/telephonic/online counselling sessions for immigration programs (PR, study visas, work permits).
  • Convert leads to clients by delivering persuasive consultations.
  • Ensure monthly sales targets
  • Ensure client data is accurately maintained in CRM systems.
  • Follow up consistently with interested clients via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Maintain positive client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Submit daily/weekly reports to the Sales Manager regarding leads, follow-ups, and closures.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and reviews.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Immigration Sales, Overseas Education, or Consultancy is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada (preferred).

Salary & Incentives:

  • Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹55,000 per month (based on experience).
  • Attractive Incentive Structure based on performance.
  • Performance reviews every 3 months.


Working Hours:

  • Monday to Saturday: 9:30 AM – 5:45 PM
  • Sunday: Weekly Off
