Job Description

Role Overview: As the Point of Contact (PoC) for the Leap Quest Admissions Team, you will be the primary liaison for subscribed students, guiding them through the entire MBA and MS admissions process. Your responsibilities include managing communication, scheduling calls, and ensuring the smooth transfer of documents between students and the assigned team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Primary Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for students throughout their MBA and MS admissions journey, providing timely and clear communication.
  2. Call Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule all necessary calls between students and their assigned Leap Quest Admissions team members, ensuring efficient time management.
  3. File Management: Facilitate the movement of files and documents between students and the admissions team, ensuring all materials are properly organized and accessible.
  4. Progress Tracking: Monitor and track the progress of each student's application process, ensuring all deadlines are met and milestones achieved.
  5. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by students promptly, acting as their advocate within the Leap Quest Admissions team.
  6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and communications with students, ensuring that the admissions team is kept informed of any updates or changes.
  7. Resource Provision: Provide students with necessary resources, such as guides, templates, and checklists, to aid in their application preparation.
  8. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from students regarding their experience with the admissions process and relay this information to the team for continuous improvement.
  9. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with students, offering personalized support and encouragement to enhance their application experience.
  10. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions team to ensure seamless coordination and support for each student, attending regular team meetings to discuss progress and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling and file management tools.
  • Experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
  • A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
