Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Overview

We are hiring Business Development Executives (BDE) who are enthusiastic, targetdriven, and have strong communication skills. The role involves interacting with

provided leads, explaining investment opportunities, converting prospects into

investors, and achieving business targets.


This role offers high earning potential through performance-based incentives.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with assigned leads

• Explain investment processes, and short-term return structure

• Understand client needs and build investor confidence

• Convert potential leads into confirmed investments

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets

• Maintain accurate client data and follow-up records

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth investor onboarding

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Hindi is Mandatory

• Strong sales and convincing ability

• Target-oriented and result-driven mindset

• Basic knowledge of finance or investments (preferred)

• Experience in sales, BDE, telecalling, or relationship management is an

advantage

• Only experienced people can apply .
