Job Description
Location:** Bomanahalli, BANGALORE
Role Overview
The **Business Development Executive (BDE)** will be responsible for identifying,
developing, and securing new business opportunities for the staffing firm. This role requires
a proactive individual with strong communication and sales skills, capable of building lasting
client relationships, understanding client staffing needs, and positioning the company as a
trusted recruitment partner.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Identify and prospect potential clients, including businesses across various industries that
require staffing and recruitment services.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client
organizations.
- Understand clients’ recruitment needs and offer tailored staffing solutions that meet those
requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and
repeat business.
2. Market Research & Opportunity Identification:
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends in the
staffing industry.
- Track competitors’ activities and client needs to stay ahead of market demands and
positioning.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that target new leads and
opportunities.
3. **Sales & Lead Generation:**
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and other
lead-generation strategies.
- Qualify leads and convert them into prospective clients through effective communication
and relationship-building.
- Create and maintain a pipeline of prospects and ensure timely follow-up to secure
meetings and proposals.
4. **Proposal & Contract Negotiation:**
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals to clients, clearly outlining our staffing services
and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize staffing solutions based on the client’s
requirements.
- Negotiate terms and conditions, including pricing, service levels, and timelines, ensuring
mutually beneficial agreements.
5. **Collaboration with Internal Teams:**
- Work closely with recruitment consultants and managers to ensure that client needs are
effectively communicated and met.
- Provide market insights and feedback from clients to help improve recruitment processes
and offerings.
6. **Reporting & Target Achievement:**
- Track and report on business development activities, sales pipeline, and performance
metrics.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
**Skills and Qualifications:**
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
- Knowledge of the staffing industry and its trends is an advantage.
- A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Note: This is a Walk-In Drive at the office location mentioned. Only candidates with proficient spoken English and Hindi (Mandatory) along with one additional language, will be preferred for this role.
