Job Summary -


As a  Business Development Executive at Genius Labs, you will play a crucial role in promoting our educational programs and guiding potential students through the enrolment process.


Your primary responsibility will involve conducting telephonic conversations with prospective students, providing them with relevant information, and filtering leads to ensure high-quality prospects. You will collaborate closely with the admissions team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for students.


Work Details :-

1.   Conduct Orientation of Students in Our Trial Program and Introduce them to all Functionality and Features of the Application.

2.   Filter and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to identify high-quality prospects for further engagement.

3.   Build rapport and maintain relationships with prospective students, addressing their inquiries and providing personalized guidance throughout the enrolment process.

4.   Share all Program Details along with cost structure with Potential Parents where there is a scope of Enrolment.

5.   Help Parents in all Payment Related Concerns and Resolve all their concerns regarding any issue for organisation. Take all necessary steps to build a strong image of Organisation with parents and in Market.

6.   Achieve monthly and Quarterly targets for Revenue and Student Enrolments

7.   Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with prospective students in the CRM system.

8.   Train Juniors Members to create a process for inhouse leaders of tomorrow.

Requirements :-

1.   Proven experience in the sales team, preferably in an educational institution or a related industry.

2.   Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive approach.

3.   Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and establish rapport with diverse individuals.

4.    Good organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple leads and ensure timely follow-ups.

5.   Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

6.   Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency.

7.   Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

8.    Knowledge of educational programs, admission processes, and counselling techniques is a plus.

9.   Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate prospective students' schedules.
