Job Description

Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE)


Handle incoming leads generated from online platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, website enquiries, and referrals


Make outbound and inbound client calls in a professional and customer-friendly manner


Understand client requirements related to residential construction, commercial construction, interiors, turnkey projects, renovation, and 3D planning & design


Gather complete business requirements including client details, project location, plot size, service type, budget range, and project timeline


Clearly explain company services, workflow, and next steps to prospective clients


Accurately record call details and client requirements in Excel / Google Sheets


Maintain proper call notes and lead status updates after every interaction


Update the Manager immediately after each meaningful client conversation


Prepare and submit daily End-of-Day (EOD) reports with call summary and lead status


Schedule meetings, site visits, and follow-up calls based on client interest


Perform systematic follow-ups to nurture warm and pending leads


Coordinate closely with the marketing team and management for lead quality feedback


Ensure professional communication, client satisfaction, and trust-building at all times


Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and reporting discipline


Work towards improving lead-to-meeting and lead-to-conversion ratios through effective communication and follow-up
