Job Title: Business Development Executive – IT Software Sales:


Location: Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-Time

Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA

Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive to handle IT software sales, field sales, and digital marketing services. The role involves direct client interaction, lead generation, and closing sales with schools, colleges, institutions, and businesses.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell IT software solutions (ERP, CRM, Billing Software, Websites, Apps, Digital Marketing services)
  • Conduct field sales visits to schools, colleges, institutions, and corporate clients
  • Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities
  • Conduct product demos and explain software features to clients
  • Follow up with prospects and close sales within timelines
  • Maintain daily visit reports, demo details, and CRM updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • RequirementsExperience or strong interest in IT software sales / field sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel for field sales
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing services is an added advantage
  • Language Skills (Mandatory)English
