Job Title: Business Development Executive (Telecalling – EdTech Sales)

Location: Work From Home

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Telecalling / Inside Sales

Language Preference: Kannada or Telugu (mandatory) + Good Hindi communication

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective students and explain product/course details.
• Convert leads into successful enrollments through effective communication and persuasion.
• Maintain daily call logs, follow-ups, and sales pipelines.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate guidance.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or EdTech sales.

• Fluency in Kannada or Telugu (any one is mandatory).
• Good communication skills in Hindi/English.
• Must have a personal laptop/desktop and stable internet connection.
• Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
• Strong negotiation, convincing skills, and a sales-driven mindset.
