Job Description

We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to acquire SMB (Small & Medium Business) customers, generate leads through cold calling, and close long-term field sales deals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

  • Key Responsibilities

Acquire SMB clients through cold calling and field visits

Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings

Present product/service offerings to decision-makers

Manage end-to-end sales cycle and achieve monthly targets

Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business

Maintain CRM updates and prepare sales reports
