πŸ’Ό About the Role

We are organizing a large-scale premium event in Bangalore and are looking for a results-driven Event Sales & Business Development professional who can independently handle brand outreach, meetings, and sponsorship closures.

This role is purely focused on converting cold outreach into confirmed brand partnerships.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

Identify and shortlist relevant brands, corporates, and sponsors

Conduct cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups

Fix and attend brand meetings (online/offline)

Pitch sponsorship opportunities and event visibility benefits

Convert cold leads into hot prospects and confirmed sponsors

Negotiate commercials and close sponsorship deals

Maintain lead tracker / CRM with daily updates

Coordinate with internal team for sponsor deliverables and branding


βœ… Who We’re Looking For

Must-have:

1–5 years experience in event sales / sponsorships / business development

Strong communication, pitching, and negotiation skills

Comfortable with cold calling and target-based sales

Ability to work independently and deliver results quickly

Familiar with Bangalore brand & events ecosystem

Good to have (Bonus):

Existing network with brands, agencies, or corporates

Prior experience closing sponsorships for events, expos, concerts, or activations

Experience using CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Excel, etc.)

πŸ“Š Performance Expectations

Shortlist 50–100 target brands

Arrange 15–25 qualified meetings

Close confirmed sponsorships before Feb 1

Daily reporting of outreach and progress


πŸ’° Compensation

Option 1: Fixed + Commission (Recommended)

Fixed Pay: β‚Ή30,000 – β‚Ή45,000 (based on experience)

Commission: 5% per sponsorship deal closed

Option 2: Pure Commission (High Upside)

Higher commission per deal for strong performers
