## About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven *Business Development Executive* to drive student enrollments for our English language training programs. The ideal candidate should be energetic, persuasive, and passionate about helping students improve their communication skills and career opportunities through English education.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy *sales, communication, and interacting with students and professionals.*

## Key Responsibilities

* Generate and qualify new leads for English language training programs.

* Contact prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.

* Explain program benefits, course structure, schedules, and career opportunities to students.

* Conduct counselling sessions and guide students in selecting the right course.

* Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.

* Maintain accurate records of leads and student interactions.

* Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.

* Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead generation activities.

* Build strong relationships with students and ensure a positive admission experience.

* Excellent communication skills in *English*.

* Confident, persuasive, and comfortable interacting with students and professionals.

* Strong interpersonal and sales skills.

* Target-driven with an interest in business development and growth.

* Self-motivated and able to work independently.

## Qualifications

* *Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Master of Arts (MA) in English Literature.*

* *0–5 years of experience* in sales, counselling, business development, or the education industry.

* Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

## Compensation & Benefits

* *Fixed Salary:* ₹15,000 per month

* *Incentive:* 10% incentive on gross profit generated
