About the Role:We are hiring Customer Support and Sales Executives to join our fast-growing BPO team. The ideal candidates will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and drive sales conversions while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media.

Identify customer needs and provide accurate, valid, and complete information.

Resolve product or service problems by clarifying issues and determining the best solutions.

Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.

Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to improve products or processes.

Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and customer service best practices.

Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles (1–3 years preferred).

Excellent communication skills — written and verbal.

Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Salary :upto 40,000 CTC
