Role Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Role Overview:
As an Business Development Manager (BDM) in a dynamic and growing EdTech organization, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through the admission process. You will provide expert advice on educational programs, address their inquiries, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Your ability to connect and establish trust with students will directly impact their decision-making journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist prospective students with admission requirements and processes.
- Provide personalized guidance on educational programs tailored to individual goals.
- Address questions, concerns, and challenges faced by students during the admission process.
- Build lasting rapport and trust with prospective students and their families.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the admissions experience.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of educational programs and admissions processes.
- Proven ability to build rapport and trust with prospective students.
- Prior experience in customer service or counseling roles preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM software and related tools.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
