Job Description

Role Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Bengaluru (Full-time, On-site)

Role Overview:

As an Business Development Manager (BDM) in a dynamic and growing EdTech organization, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through the admission process. You will provide expert advice on educational programs, address their inquiries, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Your ability to connect and establish trust with students will directly impact their decision-making journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist prospective students with admission requirements and processes.
  • Provide personalized guidance on educational programs tailored to individual goals.
  • Address questions, concerns, and challenges faced by students during the admission process.
  • Build lasting rapport and trust with prospective students and their families.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the admissions experience.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of educational programs and admissions processes.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and trust with prospective students.
  • Prior experience in customer service or counseling roles preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and related tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
