Field Sales Executive – Business Loan

Location: Bangalore

Salary Range:

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives

Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our Business Loan team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding customers for unsecured business loans, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential business owners (retail shops, traders, small enterprises) for Business Loan products.

Conduct field visits daily to generate leads and explain loan offerings.

Collect required KYC and financial documents from customers for processing loan applications.

Maintain strong relationship management with existing merchants and ensure repeat business.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation, document collection, and disbursal.

Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy, and process integrity at all times.

Provide accurate market feedback and competitor insights to management.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.

Experience: 0–3 years in field sales / business loans / merchant onboarding / BFSI sales.

Skills Required:

Good communication & negotiation skills

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Basic knowledge of financial products

Two-wheeler with valid license (mandatory)
