Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing HR staffing firm. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of field sales experience and a strong passion for client acquisition, relationship building, and achieving business targets. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, pitching staffing solutions to clients, and closing deals to drive revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, client visits, networking, and lead generation.
  • Promote and sell HR staffing services to organizations across various industries.
  • Meet prospective clients, understand their staffing needs, and present tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met on time.
  • Negotiate terms of business with clients and close sales.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to senior management.
  • Maintain and update CRM with client information, interactions, and pipeline activity.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in B2B or service-based industries.
  • Experience or strong interest in the HR staffing or recruitment sector is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and field activities.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
